Hi!
Since Elizabeth told me her silly story,I have to tell you mine.
Ok,one day lots of my friends were coming over for a book study. And I had to make some lemonade, Itwas one of those “less sugar than soda”brands, and I put in 1cup of sugar in it! I didn’t know it already came with sugar in it and I had just doubled the sugar amount! I told my Mom to taste it,and when she did,her face folded straight in half! So we got another picher, and poured half of the lemonade in each one,and put more water in them and after that it tasted just fine. I would have been so embarrassed if all our friends came over and drank it.
Hi Again!
How do you like my new template?Pretty nice huh?(please comment) You know what is kind of funny? My little sister, “mirmir”, has my old template now!
Can you tell me some of the funny you did, or some one else you know?
If you tell me something funny you have done, I will tell a story of something I have done.
swaziland
Hello!
As you may know by the title, I am going to talk about my name. The reason why I got the name Swaziland is because when I was born, my older sister Hannah was studying geography, so she wanted to name me Swaziland. Swaziland is a place in Africa. Sometimes she still calls me that as a nickname.
She also wanted to name me Margaret Rose, which is a really pretty name, but I do not look like a Margaret Rose. I look like a Swaziland.
I have been reading a book called “The Princess and the Goblin” by George MacDonald. It’s a little strange, because the Princess is never allowed to go outside because her father is afraid that the goblins will come and take her. The goblins do not like the king. They are hideous.
I left off where the princess went up a staircase and started running around in circles. She got lost. It’s kind of weird, because she opens a door and she finds her great-great-great-great-grandmother who has the same name as her.
Another book that I have been reading is the “Annie Henry” series by Susan Olasky. The story takes place in Leatherwood, Virginia, and Annie Henry is the daughter of Patrick Henry, the governor of Virginia. In the second book she is kind of a snob and she learns not to be. That’s also when she accepted Christ. Where I left off, was when Annie was being chased by wolves in a wagon. (Note from typist: The wolves were not in the wagon, Annie Henry was in the wagon.)
Have you read any good books?
Here again!
I have something great to tell you!
